30-Day Returns

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your PawBreeze purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Mats that have been heavily soiled or damaged through misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return

Email us at hello@pawbreeze.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
