Small (40x30cm) suits cats and toy breeds; Medium (50x40cm) is ideal for small-to-medium dogs like spaniels and French bulldogs; Large (65x50cm) suits Labradors and similar breeds; XL (90x60cm) is perfect for Great Danes and large breeds. When in doubt, go one size up.

Absolutely. The gel inside is non-toxic and completely safe. The outer material is durable and pet-safe. We recommend supervising young puppies initially, as with any new product.

Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or mild soap and water. The surface is water-resistant and dries quickly. Do not machine wash or submerge in water.

The mat stays cool for 2-4 hours in active use. It self-recharges within 15-30 minutes when not in use. For extended hot days, you can briefly place it in the fridge (not freezer) to extend cooling duration.
